Un inno a Duke Ellington in primis, Satchmo (Satchelmouth ovvero Louis Armstrong con la sua mega bocca =D ), Ella Fitzgerald, Glen Miller e Count Basie.
Da quando ho conosciuto questa canzone mi è venuta voglia di imparare il sax. Che capata!

Il rientro

Sonno definitivamente a casa!
Erano in progetto altre brevi partenze ma per alcuni impegni importanti ho deciso di mettere il punto anche a quest'estate. Già non vedo l'ora che arrivi il mio amato autunno!
A breve vi terrò aggiornati su quelle cose che più voglio condividere con voi =)

Ed ecco la torta

fatta con dischi di pan di spagna farciti con nutella e crema al cocco.

Per la copertura ho utilizzato dell'MMF (Marshmallows Fondant) ed è stato il mio primo esperimento. Purtroppo non ho potuto mangiare l'mmf perchè ho scoperto dopo che i MM sono fatti con la colla di pesce (o cmq gelatina suina). Bleah!

Il ripieno era buono però! (YUM)

La torta è stata apprezzata e le candeline avevano anche la fiamma colorata. Una figata!
